No internet access last night, so here is our pic for yesterday

John Ford scenery to a soundtrack of Stuart Adamson's Big Country - what an amazing day we had, Grand Canyon (couldn't see it for the mists and rain...seriously!!) and a five hour round trip to The Four Corner Monument...to find it was shut for reconstruction!! Still, seeing Monument Valley twice (on the way to and from the Four Corners) was absolutely worth it, an awe-inspiring place and somewhere I've wanted to visit since I was a little boy watching westerns with my dad...it didn't disappoint :o)

Oh, and just to cap it all, we were serenaded by the most fantastic thunderstorms all day and night long (pics to follow)...just fantastic :o)
