We experienced some humungus thunderstorms today, made all more dramatic by the huge horizons and vistas east along the I-40 from Kingman

This pic courtesy of Naomi - I was too busy dodging the hail to be able to take a good photo :o)) Bizarrely, or perhaps coincidentally, Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" came on the radio a few miles after we passed through this particular storm...perfect timing!!

Can I just thank everyone for their comments, both private and public, over the past couple of days? I apologise in advance for not replying or keeping up with your own pics - I shall endeavour to do as much as I can while we're on the road but since I'm limiting the kids' internet access to a quick Facebook and email exchange each day, it would be rude if I spent every evening on Pbase!! Hope you all understand... :o))
