Spittlebug and plant bug

I found this spittlebug with a very tiny plant bug straddling it. I could not really tell what was going on, but the spittlebug appeared to be either dead or paralyzed. Whether the plant bug was preying on it I am not sure. But some plant bug species, despite their name and despite their proclivity for plants, will eat other insects. At any rate, spittlebugs are not very big, and this plant bug as you can see, is tiny.
