NGC 6946

Sedro-Woolley, Wa.

NGC6946 is a spiral galaxy in the constillation Cepheus about 22 million light years away.
Even though it is realitively close it is obscured by matter within our milky way, which make it rather dim to photograph.

You don't seem happy about your shot but I think it is still fairly good as you managed to capture some of the fainter arm details. I just dont get the F/11 part..
Ghee, gota get myself an orion starshoot.
