Believe it or not, this guy is "churning" ice cream in Istanbul. You see this in some tourist areas,
and it always draws the attention of anyone passing by. I do not understand how he keeps the ice cream
from melting all over the place as he constantly twirls and stretches it out.
Amazing - must be seen to be believed !
