Tonight my daughter Emi is at her junior prom, at the end of junior high school (gimazjum).
Parents has been invited to watch the ceremonial beginning, when students were dancing three dances.
Here is the first one - the polonaise (Polish: polonez) - a slow dance of Polish origin, in 3/4 time and its name means "Polish" in French. It is always a first dance at the prom.
