The Fawn Lillies are blooming early this year,
just in time for Easter.
The Fawn Lily is a perennial plant that blooms
in the Spring. The flower is quite shy and
likes to hand their heads.
The bulb is edible as
a root vegetable, cooked or dried,
and can be ground into flour.
The leaves can also be cooked as a leaf vegetable.
However, I would not like to uproot
this lovely plant.
