About 15 years ago I had to replace in my sailboat propeller shaft equipped with PSS Dripless. I lightly lubricated O-rings in the SST collar with silicone grease before installation (as good engineering practice dictate), used new sets crews and used SST HOSE CLAMP on the shaft to back-up the collar. It is inexpensive and effective.
