This is a noxious weed that photos very well. We found it in bloom on our trip to Tahkenitch Lake

We have a similar one over here, Gorse, also with the same color of flowers, it's a very obnoxious weed with huge sharp thorns, and very hard to eradicate, but this pic shows the light on the color, very pretty.
