The larger diameter tool is made from a 2" pipe coupler (PVC or ABS).
It is double ended to allow removal of the first and second retaining rings.
The first retaining ring has no holes or slots so a friction tool must be used.
Ends are turned to fit inside the rings but not contact the elements.
Double stick tape is wrapped around the diameter for a good grip.
