Me in Brighton (1989)

Taken by John. This was about a couple of months before mine and Sue's wedding.

John has this to say about the picture

At least I've got a date for this one - the slide was processed in June 1989. It was the "longest car boot sale in the world" along the prom at Brighton, I think part of the Brighton festival. The chopped off banner behind you said "Moulsecoombe and District Cricket Club". I was quite a long way away, up a level and across the road if you remember Brighton seafront, but you had obviously clocked me with the camera. I got rid of quite a lot of stuff in the sale, mostly vinyl, pending my move to Bangor which would follow a few months later.

P.S. Just in case anyone has spotted that there weren't any D700s knocking around in 1989, this was taken with a retro "Omar slide copier" bought from the 'bay for not very many pennies. The exif is also wrong, the lighting came from an SB800 through an up-ended light box for extra diffusion, and I think a chimp (not the one in the pic) came into it somewhere.
