Dinner! It is actually healthier than this picture makes it appear. The steak was seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic then seared in a cast iron pan and finished in the oven. The "hash browns" are actually some brown rice that got a bit overcooked and mushy, so I mixed them with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and cheddar cheese then formed them into patties and cooked them off in a bit of olive oil and a smidge of butter for flavour. Served up with veggies and it was a downright tasty dinner. You can't tell that I love to cook, can you? *snerk*
