The wine glass, bottle and flower are on the other side of a diffusion disk. Beyond them is a light pointed at the disk and casting a shadow - as well as providing the cross shaped highlight. I'm on this side of the disk taking a picture of the resulting shadow. This is from the camera apart from minor crop of dead space on the left (5%) and some contrast adjustment. Coloration comes from the combination of mixed lighting (natural and incandescent) together with the white balance setting.
