Only in Alaska. This gal was standing in the rain flagging traffic out by Eagle Beach and she still had this big smile for everybody that passed. Today's forecast in Juneau was breezy and 58 with heavy rain. Death Valley California? 121 degrees. I'll take the 58 degrees.
