(Tech note: photostitch and correct camera distortion applied)
this rainbow at sunset I am told appears as the result of a 'pnenomenon' that has occurred only 3 times in the last 128 years. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of that 'phenomenon'
Can anyone affirm?
