Bran-coloured Flycatcher

Chaupi Chupa, Nayon, Pichincha

The Bran-coloured flycatcher is, according to Birds of Ecuador (2001), only known from the interandean valley in the Río Mira drainage in Imbabura and again in the far south. So this represents a bit of a range-extension. I have seen them here since last year but was recently aware that they were out-of-range.
