The view just to the right of the last was just as impressive. In the foreground was a good representative of tundra in that part of Alaska. This is a continuation to the right of the last photo. You can see on the left how far the crack runs through the muskeg. The lightest shade of beige in the photo is probably all muskeg. We had to jump across the crack somewhere, or still be walking (smile). After I took this photo, we turned around and resumed our hike to the Bering Sea.
