Ah... Nicholson Rd, the road that is always under construction, because sections of it are in the City of Gosnells and other sections are in the City of Canning. They never synchronise the upgrades, so there's always pieces of it under construction. Also with the labour shortage in Perth at the time this section which is in the City of Gosnells took almost 2 years to complete! Although it's a main road it's not main road enough to come under the jurisdiction of the state main roads department.
