Julia gave me some sunflowers seeds and a small pot so we planted them last
Monday, and within a week on the kitchen windowsill I was delighted to see
that they were sprouting. We can almost watch them grow as they are coming up
so fast. The seedlings turn towards the light, so I then rotate the pot but
within minutes it seems they are leaning over towards the sun again.
I was going to photograph them on the kitchen windowsill, then noticed a
beautiful sunset happening, so took the pot and held it in my left hand,
with camera, flash and softbox in my right, to quickly grab the shot before
the sun plunged behind the trees for the night.
