Learning the Software

Rancho Bernardo, CA

I’m trying to learn the Canon EOS software that enables tethered shooting. I am mixed about it. It often hangs up. Does anyone have a recommendation for something better?

The only advice I can give you is go out and shoot. The weather couldn't be better.

You're asking ME?

I use the Canon remote capture all the time when we do employee ID photos all the time. We shoot several photos and then have them walk up to the laptop and review them all from the hard drive and they pick the best. Works fine. We started doing this with our first digital camera, the Canon D30 and have added the 5D and the 40D to the inventory since.

Worked for me. Get that desk cleaned up!

Your desk looks nearly as bad as mine, but I win :-)
