Pasta with peas

Ingredients:
2 servings Penne Rigate (any pasta will do, but I like penne)
Tomato Basil Pasta sauce or marinara sauce
Broccoli, green peas, onions, green peppers
Cheese to sprinkle

Preparation:
Add the pasta to 4 quarts boiling water and boil for about 10 minutes. keep poking to make sure pasta is soft. Add salt during the process.
Drain the pasta.
In a pan, add olive oil, and the veggies. Stir for a few minutes, and add the pasta sauce. Add the pasta in to the pan and keep stirring. For additional taste, pour a little Cabernet Sauvignon.

Eat with garlic bread.

I am a huge fan of pasta. My favorite places to eat out on the weekends are Italian places so that I can get past. I want to learn how to make pasta so that I don't have to eat out all the time to get it. This recipe looks really good and I am exited to give it a try.http://www.ynotitalian.com/
