Most persons go to Tea Room to have tea. I am not one of those persons.
I really like the light, architecture, and the soup. Yes, the soup.

BBTR is in an old ware house building in Warren RI with beautiful rays of
light coming that bath the eclectic furniture in warmth. Each window
has stained glass. My favorite sign is the "FLYING Scotsman"

But more important. I love their hearty soups. No place has better soups.
So, I wonder if they will start a "high soup" for me?
