4th Place
Back Lane by Tabrizi

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Taken this morning while on the way to my office. Was a little too early than normal so I took some times to take a short walk.

Something about this back lane . It is named after Malaysia's 1st Prime Minister, Tunku Abdul Rahman hence its name Lorong(Lane) Tunku Abdul Rahman and is to supplement the main street that located nearby, Jalan (Street) Tunku Abdul Rahman.

At week days this is very an unassuming alley with not much business going on but it come alive during weekend, especially Saturday night and will be one of the most busiest place in Kuala Lumpur due to a very popular night market located on the alley.

Nice, colorful shot of this humble alley! Great subject for the theme - I never would guess it would be such a popular place at night.

Tabrizi, I really love this shot. The lane and the arrows seem to guide you to a new decade with the new buidling in the background. Would love to see a big version of this!

Its humble look hides its importance. Interesting reporting, tabrizi.
