We arrived at Badwater in time to catch the pretty predawn colors in the sky and reflected in the
pools of water. There wasn't too much water in the pools when we were there. I wonder if they are
typically fuller in the Spring most years? We'd like to go back to Death Valley again sometime--
probably in the late winter, early spring when the temperatures are cooler and
the wild flowers and cactus are blooming.
