A Closer View

OK, here is a quick and dirty pic taken with my new toy, a 105mm macro lens. I only had about 10 minutes to play with it today. I'm used to a zoom lens, so working with a fixed one is different. Gotta figure out my DOF, too. But I think it's going to be really cool.

At these distances and focal lengths, even at f/10, it's amazingly shallow dof. But PERFECT for this shot. Very nice.
