Oops, that last post was from me. Forgot to add my name. If you're ever in Townsend, I highly recommend you stop at the Riverstone Restaurant and try it.

A turkey brownie, at least in Townsend, TN, was a piece of toasted Texas toast topped wtih roasted turkey and white gravy with cheese melted on top of it. This was all baked in a little casserole dish. It was extremely good!
