I met John, a riding friend from Charleston, SC, in Townsend, TN with the intent of heading to the Great Smoky Mountain Bike Rally. While the bike rally wasn't great, the riding was. Regardless of where we went, the riding was by far the best of my life and the scenery and company were not far behind. While I'll never go back for the rally, I hope to get back often for the riding. John and I hope to make this an annual event. Anyone want to join us?
