Eastern Mantis Orchid (Arachnorchis tentaculata) taken from the side. The Eastern Mantis orchid is
one of the larger species of spider orchids. It generally flowers between September and December,
however at this particular site it appears most complete flowering by late October. This orchid is
also known as the King Spider orchid or simply Mantis orchid. Previously classified as Caladenia tentaculata.
