Great Blue Heron with frog

Ottawa, Ontario. Canada.

I watched as this Great Blue Heron caught one frog after another. Some days you feel like the heron. Some days like the frog.

One of the few days I forgot my flash. It was overcast with sun peeking through at times. Mixed lighting.
