I love old photographs. I have found that I have a fascination especially with family photographs which span a persons whole life. I have several examples of a person at many major periods in their life from childhood to old age, to me they are just fascinating to look at. I will digitize these treasures in the coming months and intend to start on that task this winter when the days are short and inside tasks more desirable.

This image is a gem of me holding my new baby brother the year he was born, 1973. He is a salty devil dog of a US Marine Corps pilot these days, and me I have been a few places and done some things my self.

I am thankful for having this old photograph and look forward to it and others yet to be taken becoming part of my families pictorial history.
