Hinge rebuild has been put off another week so I took most of the day scraping dried up undercoating off the bottom of the cab and sills. I have my new sills so I spent a lot of time planning how they attach. The plan has changed a little. I'm going to cut the old sill out and temporarily mount the new one and as much of the sheetmetal as I can before hanging and terst fitting the door.
The hinge pillar needs to be supported a little better before the door can be hung so I'm going to screw the cowl panels on and hope I get the parts lined up close enough so that the door fits without too much aggravation. It's a roll of the dice but if things work out I can tack this side together and start cutting on the floor. If not at least I tried.
Not much to see in this photo but you will notice that I've removed the remaining running board bracket and battery box. Figured I could use as much freedom of movement as possible, and the battery box is shot anyway.
