Campari is an alcoholic aperitif obtained from the infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and fruit in alcohol and water. It is a type of bitters.
The history of Campari began in Novara, Italy in 1860, with the invention of the original recipe by Gaspare Campari that is still in use today. The recipe incorporates over 60 ingredients and is kept confidential to this day. However, it is known that the colour comes from cochineal dye. In 1904, Campari's first production plant was opened in Sesto San Giovanni and the company began to export the brand overseas. The Campari brand is now distributed in over 190 countries.

Sangria is a wine punch (more formally and precisely, a fortified wine) which originated in Portugal and Spain. The word sangria comes from the Spanish "sangre" meaning blood. It typically consists of:
-a red wine,
-chopped or sliced fruit,
-a sweetener such as honey or orange juice,
-a small amount of added brandy, triple sec, or other spirits.
-lemonade or another soft drink
Because of the variation in recipes, sangría's strength can vary greatly.
The ingredients in sangría vary, particularly in the type of fruit used, the kind of spirits added (if any), and the presence or lack of carbonation. White wine can be used instead of red, in which case the result is called sangría blanca. In some parts of southern Spain, sangría is called zurra and is made with peaches or nectarines. In most recipes, wine is the dominant ingredient and acts as a base.

Absinthe (also absinth) is a distilled, highly alcoholic, anise-flavored spirit derived from herbs including the flowers and leaves of the medicinal plant Artemisia absinthium, also called grand wormwood. Although it is sometimes incorrectly called a liqueur, absinthe is not bottled with added sugar and is therefore classified as a liquor or spirit.Absinthe is often referred to as la Fée Verte ('The Green Fairy') because of its coloring — typically a naturally created pale or emerald green, but sometimes clear or artificially colored. Due to its high proof and concentration of oils, absintheurs (absinthe drinkers) typically add three to five parts ice-cold water to a dose of absinthe, which causes the drink to turn cloudy, called 'louching'; often the water is used to dissolve added sugar to decrease bitterness.This preparation is considered an important part of the experience of drinking absinthe, so much so that it has become ritualized, complete with special slotted absinthe spoons and other accoutrements.

Absinth originated in Switzerland as an elixir/tincture, used in a similar capacity as patent medicines would be used later in the United States. However, it is better known for its popularity in late 19th and early 20th century France, particularly among Parisian artists and writers whose romantic associations with the drink still linger in popular culture. In its heyday, the most popular brand of absinthe worldwide was Pernod Fils. At the height of this popularity, absinthe was portrayed as a dangerously addictive, psychoactive drug; the chemical thujone was blamed for most of its deleterious effects. By 1915, it was banned in a number of European countries and the United States. Even though it was vilified, no evidence shows it to be any more dangerous or psychoactive than ordinary alcohol.A modern absinthe revival began in the 1990s, as countries in the European Union began to reauthorize its manufacture and sale.

Jose Cuervo is a brand of tequila produced by Tequila Cuervo La Rojeña, S.A. de C.V. The Jose Cuervo Especial brand has the highest sales out of any tequila in the world.[1]
In 1758, José Antonio de Cuervo received a land grant from the King of Spain in the Mexican state of Jalisco. He produced mezcal in a small factory on this land. His descendant, José María Guadalupe Cuervo, used the land to build a distillery for tequila production in 1795. The distillery was later named Fabrica La Rojeña. The tequila was exported to the United States for the first time in 1873. In 1900, José Cuervo Labastida decided to brand the tequila as Jose Cuervo. The company is now owned and run by heirs of the Cuervo family, the Beckmann family
