Drake Smew in the River Clyde adjacent to Strathclyde Loch. It has been present for a few days associating with drake Goldeneye, today about 1km downstream from the footbridge over the river at the Watersports Centre. A quickly snatched record shot through a fringe of willow bushes before it drifted into the current and swept away downstream.
