I was absolutely fascinated at the vivid intensity of these rocks at the edge of a crystal clear lakeland stream near Chapel Stile in the English Lake district. It was as if somebody had cut the cloth from a snooker table and draped it over the stones. The soft light of dawn really caused them to glow with striking intensity.
