I loved the sculpted hillsides around Ythan Wells as viewed from the A96 road during the summer the palette is green with a velvet carpet of grass puntuated by rectangles and trapeziums of growing wheat. In one particular field I discovered an old stone bothy nestled in the crook of the hillside which lends the view a sense of scale. I did have to eliminate a power cable though.
