The tiny strung out hamlet of Straumsnes features a low lying isthmus of eclectic and colourful wooden houses backed by snow covered peaks, and on this particular day a series of squally snow showers that marched in from the sea turning the sky dark and thunderous. I was particularly taken with this isolated green house in deep drifted snow.
