Whilst stopping off for a brief respite on my journey back from Sutherland I parked up at Knockan Crag which affords a silhouetted view across the loch of Wee Stac Pollaidh. It had been raining hard and it turned into a deluge of pretty much biblical proportions and then promptly stopped just prior to sunset when I saw for a few minutes the most amazing ethereal glowing red light beind the shapely peaks reflected in the water and Stac Pollaidh glowing like it was about to explode.
