The first of my Orange Mellon series, I hope you enjoy them.

Mellon Udrigle has always been a special place for me and I rarely fail to come away with a shot that pleases me but on some occasions it just goes berserk and this was most assuredly one of them. never have I seen a sunrise of such bewildering intensity as I did on this amazing autumn morning. I looked for the best foreground I could find to maintain as much reflected light as possible and I was delighted with the recessionary effect of the semi silhouetted hills over this very fine sand beach.
