Molten Gold

Cummingston, Moray, Scotland

Golden sandstone inside the entrance to a sea cave is painted by warm amber evening sunlight which causes it to radiate golden light. That sandstone cave roof is duly relected in the tide pools at the mouth of the cave while the wet stones at the edges simply reflect the clear blue sky and weakly impose their opposite hue.

NEW!! Photographic workshops and masterclasses and fine art cards are now available at TRANSIENT LIGHT

A wonderful capture of these 'floating" globes rejoicing in their roundness and the magical light.
And your description is a delight.
