I chose to present this larger than usual as panoramic's tend to not register very well at normal sizes. Light from the setting sun spilled sideways across the sky illuminating a few rape seed fields then changing the sky colour by staining the clouds scarlet, crimson and gold. The contrast was surprisingly soft so I waited for a few tidal swells to pour a rim of cascading surf around the outlying rocks and fired the shutter. I had in mind a panoramic from the beginning so used just the central strip for my final image.
