Golden Gown

Aviemore, Cairngorm, Scotland

A wondeful autumn morning with the birch trees literally dripping with gold leaf. I find that the best colours become apparent with slight backlighting even though the contrast levels climb dramatically with careful consideration timing and immaculate exposure control it is possible to create glowing autumnal shots that just settle within the latitude of transparency film.

Certainly nice colour with the back lit birch and contrast of the heather.
