Four of us had an enjoyable two-week tour of Japan in springtime. Our visit to the mountain areas of Nagano and Matsumoto coincided with their beautiful cherry blossom season.

On return to Australia, I noticed that most of the photos taken with the standard 18 - 70 mm zoom lens were not fully sharp. After Nikon finding that the lens was good, I put it down to camera shake - need to be more careful selecting shutter speed and ISO etc.
