"We are surrounded by farmland and National Trust owned land.
Close by are unspoilt beaches and miles of footpaths through countryside with spectacular scenery.
The Bay is a popular destination for tourists and Islanders and even in mid-winter a bright day, or spectacular seas, will bring the visitors in.
Freshwater Bay and the surrounding countryside is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty."
