The volume of patients at University Hospital is way down. Part of the reason is that violence in Port au Prince is down,
but UHEH is also losing many of its patients to the Doctors Without Borders clinic/hospital
that has opened nearby. DWB means well, I'm sure, but it has been a bad thing for the education of surgeons in Haiti.
