Hello Coleen, Shortly after I took this shot, I saw this man sit up on the curb and lay down again. Then a police car with two officers inside drove slowly by him. Weekend nights in this part of the Village are bizarre with much drug and alcohol consumption. The streets are loaded with litter left by the people out for a 'good' time.
