My internet search shows images of tuberoses that look quite different than low to the ground growth flower. The tuberose appears to have a stalky stem.
tube·rose1 (tûb'rôz', tyûb'-, tû'bə-)
n.
A tuberous perennial Mexican herb (Polianthes tuberosa) having grasslike leaves and cultivated for its highly fragrant white flowers.
[From New Latin tûberôsa, species name, from feminine of Latin tûberôsus, full of lumps, from tûber, lump. See tuber.]
tu·ber·ose2 (tû'bə-rôs', tyû'-)
The grass you see doesn't belong to the flower. I think this is a begonia in the "cocktail" or "ginny" variety.
