LaGuardia Place Gardens - Impressionistic Photography

LaGuardia Place - NYC

This was a springtime view from my apartment of Mayor LaGuardia's statue and some flowering pear trees during an April shower.

The photo was blurred by camera movement. I then decided to PhotoShop it into an impressionistic painting.
