Yosemite Trip of May 11-13, 2004

This was my second ever visit to Yosemite during the Spring. It included my first trip up to Mirror Lake. What surprised me about Mirror Lake, having heard about it and having seen pictures, is that I've never heard or read anyone mention the walk to the lake along the beautiful and rugged yet accessible Tenaya Creek. To me, Tenaya Creek was by far the highlight of the hike.
