Every few months a lifeboat launching test is held on Ameland, one of the Dutch Wadden islands. The boat, "Abraham Fock" is tugged by ten horses from the village Hollum over the dunes to the beach and launched into the water, to be tugged out later on. This gallery is dedicated to all volunteers of the Reddingsmuseum keeping up this tradition.
