Rome's largest and most famous fountain dating back to the mid 18th century. Also known for the best tasting water in Rome. There's a spigot to one side where you can test it. Quite good.
The tradition is to throw a coin in to ensure that you will come back someday. The last time took me over thirty years. I'm hoping it won't take quite so long to get back next time.
